Can I avoid having to dremel the upper by getting a lower shelf lower receiver?

I have an Aero lower receiver that has a shelf that ends about halfway into the safety hole, as seen in the picture here.

It passes the 1/8 drill bit test, albeit barely (where it rests on the 1/8 drill bit is about as far back as it will go). With an upper receiver installed, the BCG binds up.
I know that dremeling the upper's "auto sear shelf" or whatever it is called, will fix this, but I have NUMEROUS uppers I want to use the SS on. I don't want to have to dremel all of them...

Would getting a lower that has a significantly lower shelf/the "M16 pocket" in the lower receiver fix this without having to dremel anything? And what brands would have that available? Aero is obviously a no-go for me now, but I've heard PSA, SOLGW, and Spike's are some of those

TheBigJDawg I use an aero upper and to resolve bolt bind I filed the surface of the Super Safety's lever highlighted in green below.

I did not grind my upper or lower.

After several passes with the file I would function check for bolt bind by manually charging the handle once it stopped binding I polished the surface and was done.

What's your lower? I'm using both an Aero lower AND upper. What shelf do you have on your lower?

Roughly, how much material do you estimate you filed off?

This is the lower I use, and for amount of material removed from the lever is probably a hairs width or less, but I just keep going until the binding stops when function checking.
