SS causing BCG bind

I’m doing an AR-45 build with a SS. The bolt is 15.4 oz. I’m using a standard mil-spec spring and have tried multiple different weight buffers. All the buffers are of the deadblow design and are between 5.5-10.2oz in weight. I have also tried two different factory cut triggers that fit perfectly in the trigger jig. Still, the problem exists. After 1-3 shots while in SS the BCG gets stuck all the way to the rear locking, past the bolt stop. I have to drive out the takedown pans with a hammer and punch to relieve the pressure and allow the bolt to move forward. What is causing this bolt bind?

On all the metal SS kits I have purchased and tested they all binded in my AR's my solution to this issue was to file the surface of the lever's surface that contacts the BCG, usually less than a hairs width of material needed to be removed using a file, I had bolt binding just when manually charging the gun.

After filing and testing for function check (no bolt bind) I polished the surface, and added some lubricant.

When the weapon is in bolt bind it creates a gap between the upper and lower that measures.008 with a feeler gage at the rear takedown pin. I’m also noticing a lot of play between the cam and the lever. I have three other PCC’s with SS installed with nearly-0- fitting. Does anyone know exactly where the lever contacts whatever part is causing the bind. I polished the top of the lever as described in the above post but no difference was noted, and the bcg still binds at the rear of the buffer tube.

1shot Did you remove any material from the lever with a file? A light polishing was not enough to remedy the bolt bind for me.

Also another question is did you modify the bolt weight?

Could you also share a picture of the BCG with a view of the weight from the inside?
