Crazy overextrusion with Siraya PPA-CF Core

I printed an SL-15 on my H2D, and the trigger pocket was too narrow. There were a bunch of blobs on the outer walls too, just bad print quality overall. It looked like overextrusion so I ran a calibration… and ended up lowering the flow ratio from .96 to .72.

I couldn’t believe I had to change it so much, but the next print was flawless quality, and the trigger pocket was on dimension. Just a heads up if you’re having similar issues with this filament.

PPA_FTW Hey thanks for the info I was looking into trying PPA, and also can you comment on the H2D was thinking about buying one myself, specifically for combining TPU and other materials in a single print.

I’ve been loving the machine, but… it’s my first printer, so my opinion doesn’t mean much.

Also forgot to mention, my original print that overextruded was using the profile I downloaded from Siraya.
