This is my 3rd one to install both went relatively easy. But with this one it has an odd problem in semi it fires when I release the trigger . Safety and super safe seem to work as they should just semi. It’s a cheap bushmaster lower and I swapped uppers and it still
does it so it’s a lower issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Trigger releases on release not squeeze
Sounds like a worn hammer or trigger.
patriotpa it’s a brand new trigger and springs and I swapped hammers and springs from another rifle still no luck
GoatZ03_03 Make sure the disconnector spring is fat side down.
undeadchew it has something to do with the lower having no shelf . The lever goes so far back that it does that .if I manually stop It around where my other lowers do it works fine

GoatZ03_03 I thought that the lever's travel would be stopped by the upper receiver's 'shelf'. Did you grind on your upper?

Also... this is your video right? https://www.reddit.com/r/supersafety/comments/1lf7cv4/firing_on_trigger_release/
From looking at what I see, the super safety is doing what it's supposed to, it's moving back and fourth.
One last thing I noticed is that I can see into your lower through the trigger pin holes, maybe the trigger/hammer holes are worn out and out of spec now, that could cause the symptoms you're experiencing.
A cassette style trigger pack could alleviate this issue, but then you would have to cut it to be super safe.
