Company attempting to patent modified Super Safety trigger geometry...

Apparently War Hammer Armaments is attempting to patent a modified trigger cut profile for the Super Safety. They seem to be making the claim that the standard 45 degree cut on the trigger tail allows fitment of FA parts and therefore could be in a legal gray area. Apparently their design disallows this.

freightduck This reasoning that just because it could accept some full auto parts turns it into an NFA item is wrong. The lower would need the third hole drilled out to use M16 FCG.
