Any thoughts on using 3D Fuel's Tough PLA+? It comes with , allegedly, higher heat resistance than a normal PLA+. Which could be useful for those of us still rocking an Ender 3V2 w/o a firmware update and can't do the temperatures for the CF filaments.

I'm squirting an SL-308 right now with it but I'm more interested in use for the ORCA. Not just to help keep sight between shots but also tolerate a higher fire rate (I've already learned to let it cool at the range before packing and keeping it from getting hot in a car).

marriedwchildren256 I have found that the "higher temp" PLA filaments rarely are. My only concern would be poor layer adhesion, a lot of the US filament companies use the NatureWorks 3D870 resin, and it has consistently had poor adhesion. But I know other printers who use this filament to good effect.

hoffmantactical it definitely is 3D870 resin. We'll see i suppose since i got it and its printed waiting assembly. I have another question but ill stick that in another thread.
