Will it work on a Bufferless system

Will what? The SS, or an Orca?
I see no reason the SS wouldn't work on a bufferless rifle. As long as it's an AR trigger group it should work. If you mean Orca, I think Hoffman would have the best answer. I think a law tactical bufferless bcg would work with a little tweaking and work.
I'm planning spoken want to try making a long stroke bufferless system like the JAKL modified off the Orca.

SS will not work on a bufferless Ar-9 upper, not completely sure about bufferless ar-15 uppers, but if it uses some sort of weird proprietary bcg it probably wont work.

What's missing on some bolt carrier groups is the full auto profile to hit the back of a trip. For example on my Foxtrot Mike Uppers, their BCG is basically cut in half so it's missing the entire rear end meaning nothing to hit the back of a trip, or super safety.

undeadchew I was initially thinking the same thing about the carrier but it seems like the Super Safety reset is done by the front half of the bolt when it cycles, not the tail like an auto-sear uses.

If I'm right, a design like an FM15 with essentially a chopped carrier should be able to work with a Super Safety but with no buffer it might suffer from carrier bounce or too much carrier travel with no way to do the quarter trick.

I'll try it out when I can.

Fabricator The unlocking portion of the cycle does require the rear half of the carrier.
