I've just started making kydex holsters and next I've got a chairmanwon g17 with a light that I'd like to make a holster for. Currently it's printed in PLA+ which I can't imagine would be able to withstand 350F temp of the kydex plus the pressure of the press, even if taped up with some blocking material. I've printed an SL9 with PET-CF and am thinking maybe reprinting my g17 frame with that will sufficiently resist deforming.
Anyone else in here have holster making experience? Anyone have thoughts on how well that would hold up?
