BPer217 You should read my posts to see if there's anything helpful, but I'll re-go through everything again, but definitely thanks for reminding me to make a trouble shooting guide.
At what angle is the lever when pushing it to the rear does it push your finger forward or 'reset'. It should be nearly vertical with a small margin, if it's too far to the rear this means the trigger is overcut!
This is an example of an overcut trigger see where the lever is almost pushed all the way to the rear, this is out of spec.
I always recommend cutting your own vs buying a pre-cut, this is the most common issue I have seen people experience with an SS.
