General Questions, Looking to build

Really interested in printing a lower, and possibly an orca and 308 in the future. But, I have a few general questions.

First, I have a Bambu Labs A1 printer. Am I able to consistently print PET-CF without an enclosure? Or should I just stick to pla pro. Also, is using Polylite PET-CF17 or their Polymax PLA better than their PLA pro? To build an orca, about how much of each filament should I buy?

Last question, has anyone used this mid length kit from PSA, https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-16-mid-length-5-56-nato-1-7-nitride-13-5-hex-m-lok-classic-rifle-kit-with-mbus-sight-set.html?qty=1, or any kit from PSA? Are they compatible with the sl-15?

I know it's a lot of questions, thanks for the advice!

21JZitzer Start with PLA pro I can't comment on other filaments, and yes PSA uppers/kits work with SL-15.

21JZitzer To second undeadchew, stock with PLA Pro for the first couple prints as you will learn a lot, and probably want to reprint anyway.

Without an enclosure I would stay away from the Polymaker PET-CF. Layer adhesion is not good enough. Bambu PET-CF is better, or the Siraya Tech.

Thank you guys very much for the reply! I will look into getting an enclosure from Amazon before printing with pet-cf. I'm excited to give this a try
