Wow! Along with the anti-2A "justice" departments now cutting deals with treasonous industry members, we also have anti-2A courts using patents to attack 2A. As a retired engineer who has done patent work and held a small number of patents during my career, I can't see how you'll loose in any court that isn't "down under" but they're all filled with tyrannical kangaroos these days and patents mostly serve the corrupt and privileged empowered by the law (force) of the status quo.
Regardless, there's no way your invention infringes on any legitimate patent claims and the list of terms (a bribe including mob-like monopolistic business "protection") in the Bondi Justice Department deal with Rare Breed clearly substantiates the charges I make above:
