MaliciousFetus polymaker does recommend 16 hours at 100C for annealing their (ppa)paht-cf. heat deflection temp is 215c for ppa, so 425f, which is phenomenal.
I printed an sl-15 from siraya tech pet-cf on my enclosed neptune 4 pro as my first printed pew pew, and finally got out to the range 6 months later. 130 rounds in the first range session with no issues, including 2 30 rounds mag dumps. All other components were cheap psa kit parts. Can’t speak to creep though.
I recently got a qidi plus4 to do some high temp commercial jobs for composite cures with ultem and PPS prototype molds, so i cranked out a couple Sl-9 lowers, and just started an orca upper.
I was planning on polymaker pps-cf20 for the barrel mounts and clips, but read that pet is recommended due to creep over “most nylons” . Curious if there have been any other findings on this. Given what i’ve seen, i feel relatively safe running the ppa, but better is better, and I’m all about optimization.
