I installed a super safety from combat armory. I have a modified cycle system from dead foot arms. Simply put it's a 4 in buffer system. It does cycle if shoot in bursts but if I hold the trigger it will cycle then stop. The springs are medium weight. Fyi the setup I have does not have the traditional buffer setup
