Just in case it's not obvious, I do not run a buffer spring that's the reason for the custom buffer spacer as I have a folding pistol brace setup

So it will run with the above setup, but I have to maintain an EXTREMELY light trigger pull, otherwise I get a dead trigger.

I have s supersafety on other weapons and I have a 'normal' trigger pressure.

Need some help to figure it out

wtf123 Overcut trigger, I recommend cutting a new one yourself with less material removed.
Also just so we know who made your SS, and did you buy the trigger with it as a kit?

If you want to give some more information at what angle does your lever reset the trigger?
This is just a reference even if yours resets within the first picture it may still be overcut, 22LR needs tighter tolerances, meaning it resets further forward within the arc I drew, like in that example there my lever resets the trigger at the beginning of the arc.

When rounding the trigger I used a file, went slow took a few passes at a time,function test, repeat steps until reset, then I polished the surface and was done.

I buy my SS as complete kits from two places, I don't know which one this came from:

AS Designs or NSPEC basically whoever has them for sale at $89

I'll check my reset angle, however, just from memory, I'm pretty sure it's resetting like your bad example.

I have triggers that I will attempt to cut per your advice

so it fires semi in SS, I'm going to play with spring and weights before grinding anymore material away

tried the old light trigger pull and it would burst three rounds

so I added 2 grams of weight and a Borebuddy red sping (heviest) and it would only fire semi in SS

took out the red spring and put in the yellow spring (middle weight)

it would dump the entire mag only if I held my finger in a certain position. I have to hold my finger like this when firing for fast rate on Franklin Armory binary trigger, I can of feather touch it .

also I didn't have to feather the trigger to get it to mag dump, I did have to hold with finger position on the side of the trigger

I have more triggers. I'm going to try a differnt angle

I attached a pic of my finger position and also my trigger cut, I tested without polishing, I polisched and will test tomorrow

wtf123 Oil or grease on the rounded part of the trigger may help as well. Also high power ammo to help overcome all the friction.

undeadchew It’s running PERFECTLY with the new trigger cut!!

I used a more severe angle for sure, which might of helped but it was the rounding of the other side that really did the trick because it would function test semi with the sever angle cut but wouldn’t pass SS function

Took your advise and rounded a tiny at a time until it passed SS function test

VERY happy camper now!!! PEW PEW PEW
