Let me know how it goes. On fresh mags when I was testing, I'd shoot a few in semi to make sure everything was cycling properly, then I would switch over to active reset. That's when I realized the cam was rotated the wrong way as I couldn't pull the trigger. If you could do this, that might trigger the same issue.
Obviously, the SS doesn't need the cam to be rotated a certain way to fire in semi as the cut goes all the way. So when I was firing in semi, the cam was rotated backward, but it didn't matter.
I need to go and test this more, but I didn't try going directly into active safe on a fresh mag. I'm sure if I did, it would fire fine as the lever never got stuck backward while firing in active safe, only before switching over to it.
The only way I was able to "fix" the SS was to cycle it manually. The BCG would pull the lever as intended and rotate the cam the correct way. After that it would fire in active safe flawlessly. I fixed and had this issue about 5 times. Every single time I cycled the BCG, it would properly pick up on the lever and rotate the cam, just as I'm doing now in my bedroom. I never had it to where it wouldn't pick up on the lever when cycling it manually. There is something causing this to only happen when being fired. Obviously things are different when you're firing a weapon as opposed to just function testing it. If this happens again when testing I'll just swap BCGs and see if that fixes it.
