super safety works first time but not second time

i shot my super safety in my 10.5 inch arp i shot 600 bullets then went back 3 days later and super safety wasn’t working but will shoot it functions test fine and when pulling charging handle all the way back it works i have a h2 buffer

Isaac2x are you using a purchased metal super safety kit with a trigger?
If so where did you get it from?
What is the failure mode you are experiencing?
I am assuming by it no worky anymore you mean in SS mode you can only fire 1 shot, and then chamber the 2nd round with hammer fallen.

Also at what angle from horizontal do you have to move the lever by hand for it to reset, the lever should be near verticle or a little bit past towards the rear. If you have to push the lever almost to the end of travel to reset I think your trigger is out of spec /overcut. I would cut yourself a new one.

yes i’m using a metal super safety kit the triggers are cut with the guide that is used to cut them
the problem was the super safety will only shoot one bullet every time i’m ss mode

the trigger resets vertically i don’t have to pull the lever all the way back

Next thing I would try is filing and polishing the surface of the lever that contacts the bolt, it could be causing friction slowing the bolt down.
