SL-9 Super Safety

Hey does anyone know what needs to be done for the super safety to work on the SL-9? I know there is some trimming needed on the BCG, but im not sure exactly what to do.
I got the 9mm trim jig from @ResetNinja but dont know how to use it. My BCG doesnt even seem to fit in the jig.

Also bought a metal SS kit from @ResetNinja so i really wanna put it on my 4in Davidson Defense SL-9 Build!!

Here is what I had to do. I removed the weight and ground out a flat space level with the sides. Here is where I got the info on how to do it.

Hey sorry for the late reply.

I ended up grinding my BCG just like that, i used a jig i got from reset ninja a while back.
After that i got the 10oz KAK buffer weight. And a SS with machined trigger kit from greymarket research.

I got it to work with function test, and went out and was able to dump a full mag. But after that full mag i cannot get it to work again. It does not work dry function testing with the upper assembled anymore. But does work with the upper removed and my using my finger to push the level down.

Im assuming for some reason the BCG is not pushing the cam/ lever down all the way? Ive tried another SS and trigger kit i have in my SL-15 build but also does not work.

Im trying to figure out how to fix it, was wondering if you had issues like this or have any insight that can help me get this working?

So it seems the BCG is not resetting the trigger when going back. It seems to not be pushing it back enough. Im not sure if its due to play in the cam/ lever where they connect or it doesnt have enough contact or pressure to push it down enough due to being undersized.

It does move the lever back and fourth as you can see the cam moving as you pull the BCG back. And i think i can feel it trying to push on the lever. Ive used my other SS kit from my SL-15 that does work and have gotten my SL-9 to fire almost a full mag SS but for some reason it only worked that 1 time.

Ive been playing around with beefing it up in certain places on solidworks and run EOS metal DMLS printer at my job so im thinking about seeing if i can get it to work by modding the lever or cam and print a set at work.

But yeah thats where im at. If anyone has dealt with the same issue lmk. Details on setup below for more info.
