Sorry if this is redundant, I didn't see a forum post with this issue so I'm posting this.

Super Safety was printed using Siraya Tech PPA-CF (I believe it's a PA-612 CF Nylon).

Position 1 = safe, position 2 = super safe, position 3 = semi

I'm having issues when I install my upper with the super safety jumping positions. When starting in position 2, holding down the trigger and cycling the rifle, the selector will move to position 3. It will happily stay in position 3 without issue.

What I've tried: swapping the rounded safety detent for a less rounded one, then a standard detent. No improvement.

Any ideas? I'm going to print a two position super safety for testing purposes while I work out the issues with the three position.

I had some poorly printed nylon cams that had shallow grooves. I reshaped their grooves with a ball tipped dremmel.
Also if you're running the SL15 spring load can be increased by tightening up the grub screw.

undeadchew I'll try reshaping the grooves, they do seem shallow. The prints however did come out looking really good.

I can't adjust the spring tension because I'm using a pretty beat up KP-15 for testing and it doesn't use a grub screw like the SL15.
