Hey all! Just wanted to shout out to the creator and BP for the amazing work! I've upgraded my PSA AR-V to use a Maxim Defense Roller Delayed Buffer and installed the SS. I'm getting the bolt sticking open, but only when fired.
The first time on the range, it fired twice in semi-auto mode and then stuck open. I removed the buffer capture pin/spring, aligned the buffer to seat as close to the bolt as I could, and oiled the BCG (It was admittedly very dry). This fixed the bolt from sticking open on manual cycling, but the second range trip, it stuck open again (pretty hard). I had to take it home and use a wooden dowel and rubber mallet to close it.
I'll swap the SS out and verify it's not the Maxim Defense buffer. But, I think it's the SS. When it's stuck open, the safety is 100% not moveable. I've seen other complaining that AR-9 seem to stick like this. But, I don't see any wear or possible marks on any parts to indicate where it's sticking. I've attached a few pictures if anyone could give me a recommendation? I hand cut my trigger, but I think I did a pretty good job (I've done a lot of metal fabrication in the past)/
