Has anyoen cut a G SD-E Trigger for an SS?

I have an extra G SD-E trigger lying around and wanted to use it vs. paying $225 for a new one from vendors. Has anybody successfully cut a G SD-E trigger? I know DNT is offering the SSAE and SSAEX, would it be fair to assume that the SD-E is no different than cutting a normal milspec trigger or SSAE/SSAEX?

Yes it's the same cutting procedure, I have done it with a G trigger with identical profile to SSAE.

undeadchew thanks for your response! Unfortunately, I also lack the tools to cut it myself. Do you know of anyone I could send the trigger to have cut? Maybe on this forum?

You can get the jig from GMR for cheap. Then go get your Harbor Freight Dremel knock-off with a cutting wheel and have at it! I’d recommend you practice on a few plain ol milspec triggers before you whittle on the expensive one.
