With PET-CF 0.2 mm Z offset with two interface layers works quite well. 0.1 mm offset is as low as I go, with better surface finish but a little more hand scrapping to remove the interface.
Support can be intimidating, but with good default organic support settings and premade enforcers, its actually not bad. I use Prusa Slicer default settings for organic support.
