Super safety trouble

When shooting semi it functions flawlessly, but when i switch to ss mode it jams my bolt carrier to the back and only when I pust the rear takedown pin in will it return. I don't see any marks on anything showing it jamming. I am running an h3 armaspec captured silent buffer and a Palmetto bcg. Any clues?

Might be slipping to the side in a wider Rx pocket.

I'm having a similar issue with my psa ar9. Grinding down the top of the lever helped some but it still jams the bolt back randomly when testing. Nothing feels tight or anything, but I think the bottom of the bolt is being held up and getting caught before the cam turns so it's acting as a brake. It's hard to know for sure as I can't see through the upper.
